Vermont business owners who identify as Black, Indigenous and people of color are invited to apply for up to $2,000 worth of free digital advertising with VTDigger.
The Advertising for Racial Equity Project launched in 2022 as an outcome of VTDigger’s 2021 community listening project. It was inspired by a community request for VTDigger to offer free advertising to BIPOC-owned businesses as a means of redistributing resources and advancing racial equity in Vermont.
Past participants in the program include Vermont Professionals of Color Network, VT AthletaFit, Little Patakha and NCK Personal Training.
VTDigger is currently accepting new businesses to the Advertising for Racial Equity Project on a rolling basis. Entrepreneurs and solopreneurs are welcome. Read more about how the program works and how to apply here.
